Doris, have tried different devices to respond. Will try once more...
Lamp is 24" wide, can not find any branding on it. Hangs down about 24" but can be raised or lowered. Has lead counter weight

Your ceiling fixture lamp appears to have been made in the 50s or 60s when the interest in outer space was really coming to the forefront. Since no brand name is ***** ***** is impossible to tell what company manufactured it.
My research for similar ceiling fixtures indicates yours has a retail vintage store value of $175-200 assuming good condition.
A private seller to a dealer can expect 40-60% of retail value.
I hope I have helped you.
If I can help you with further questions about this answer, please let me know before you rate me.

All you have to do is put my name (Doris) at the beginning of your question.

Please do not rate me down because of system difficulty, site charges or current appraisal values - all three are beyond my control.

Douou know of any brands that WOULD make it valuable? Debating with to sell with house or replace with home depot lamp and sell this myself.
Expert:  Doris - dfm925 replied 1 year ago.
I am sorry but I do not know any brands that made a similar fixture. If it were by a famous brand, it most probably would be marked.
Kind regards,
Doris
