I have a china platter (19.5 cm diameter) set in a pewter rim

Customer Question

I have a china platter (19.5 cm diameter) set in a pewter rim (2.5 cm wide). The platter has a picture of two dutch girls holding a doll or child between them. It belonged to my grandmother who went from Scotland to South Africa about 1903 so may be from the latter. On the back is imprinted an I followed by an upside down V, with 02 below and another I below that. There is a printed S.207-(?). can you help?
