Hello and Welcome to Just Answer,
My name is***** am a Personal Property Appraiser and would be happy to assist you with your question.
Your very early 1900's Minnesota model C would have been produced by Sears and Roebuck Company.
In fair condition you would be looking at a resale value of around 50-60USD, taking into account the drive belt and the cabinet issues.
The model C's are not quite as popular as some of the other Minnesota models, but they still have a following from devoted sewing collectors.
I hope this information was helpful to you today.
Best of luck with your antique sewing machine .
Any feedback you can leave for my service would be much appreciated.
Thank You,
Frank
