I inherited 40 years ago a "HAMILTON MOUNTED CHRONOMETER WATCH

Customer Question

I inherited 40 years ago a "HAMILTON MOUNTED CHRONOMETER WATCH (MODEL 22)" in I believe good condition. I could not notice what year it was made, but could you give me a ball park guesstimation of what an item like that may worth? Thanks.

Excellent.
Thank you for getting back to me.
In good working condition you could expect between 900 at the very low end, to around 1600 for a run of the mill Hamilton Mounted Chronometer Model 22.
If you had provenance or paperwork detailing the history of the watch and if it was used for US military purposes, you could as much as double that value as a fair market value.
These are a tough find, as there were a limited edition of them and collectors pay a premium for them in excellent working condition.
I hope this information was helpful to you today.
Best of luck with your Hamilton Chronometer model 22 .
Any feedback you can leave for my service would be much appreciated.
Thank You,
Frank
