Hi,
I have researched your painting. Unfortunatly this is not the work of Edward Loyal field. The painting style of EL Field is much finer and much more detailed than you painting. EL Field lived from 1856-1914 with a great deal of his works done between 1890-1900, you painting is much more recent, less than 50 years old. The signature is totally different as well. He signed "E. L. Field in cursive. Here is a link to an example of his signature. Look at the top signature. http://media.liveauctiongroup.net/i/5211/8021781_3.jpg?v=8CA6D43FF080C90
Your paintng would have a decorative value of $100-200 at auction.
Thank you,
Wayne
