Checking values for Paul Stetson Loring watercolors I have on original and sketches he did for my parents when they rescued him in Narragansett Bay, he had fallen on his boat and they came up on him and took him to shore.

The watercolor is 16x14 picture area
The 2 sketches are 22x16 each

That's one heck of a story about your parents pulling Mr Loring from the waters of the bay.
Dogging into some resale information on Mr. Loring's works, I was able to find recent sales numbers for similar works.
The water color piece of the man in the boat would have a resale value of 300-450USD.
The sketches of the man and woman in the wheel chair would have a resale value of around 100-125USD each.
Now these are fair market values for the works if you were selling them yourself. If they were being sold in a retail setting such as a gallery you could expect between 20-40% of an increase on the fair market values.
