I would like an appraisal but I would like to send more than the one picture. Is there anywhere I can send the other pictures to?

Hi! My name is ***** ***** I would be happy to help with your item. Here's a really easy way to attach as many photos as you like.Just three clicks and a copy and paste and you are done:Go to http://www.imgur.com/(no need to 'log in' or 'register' it makes it too complicated)Click on "Upload Images"Click on "Browse Your Computer"Select the pictures you want to send me from the box that pops up.Hit "open".Click on "Start Upload" (and wait few seconds pictures to load)And then copy the link they give you. It will look similar to this http://www.imgur.com/xxxx and it's located right under where it says Image Linkand paste it here where you are typing to me.(If you have uploaded multiple photos on one Imgur.com link, copy the URL in the browser bar at the top of your screen, otherwise I get just one photo).

Robert S - here are the pictures. Can you tell me if this lamp is of any value or is it just junk? I only saw numbers on the bottom of the lamp. If you need any more pictures, please let me know.Thank you!http://imgur.com/qchLsWw

Thanks so much for the photo of the lamp.Only one image came through on that link and I know you meant to send more.Could you very kindly re-send the others. There is a way of bundling them all on one imgur link -just copy the URL in your browser bar (top left of your screen) after they have all uploaded- otherwise I get only one at a time and you have to paste a link for each, which can get a little tedious. Many thanks,Robert

Thanks so much for the photos! They all came through perfectly and I can see exactly what you have.Your table lamp was made by the Miller Company, Meriden, Connecticut and dates to the early 1920s so is getting to be quite a respectable age. It's a wonderful example of their Arts & Crafts scenic slag glass shade. The cast white metal is treated with an anodized finish to make it look gold and the model number looks like "850" which fits as most of these had three numeral model numbers. These Miller scenic lamps are quite sought after by collectors and in good condition sell (retail) for high hundreds or low four figures. However, I'm not quite sure what's going on under the cement repair around the vent at the top, but feel it would detract somewhat, so "as is" I would expect yours to sell at auction or on line in the range of $250 - $400. It therefore has a 'replacement' value of $750 and is what you should insure it for. I do hope this helps! Please let me know if I can be of further assistance with this, I would be glad to.Best wishes,Robert
