i have a hard cover good condition 1926 The Autobiography of an Idea, by Louis H. Sullivan and it also has personal correspondence signed by him to the owner of book from 12/27/1923 and another signed letter 1/7/1924. wondering what it might be worth? Also a firts edition The story of Lindbergh the lone eagle, by Richard J Beamish, 1927. It is strange as at the end of the book it has a sales page with several pages following it name, address, price listed. Never seen that before in a book.

Who are the publishers, please?

THE STORY OF LINDBERGH THE LONE EAGLE is by Richard J. Beamish, Published by Marquette Company Chicago ILL. 1927.
What interesting about it is it looks to be a salesmans copy as at end book it has pages for name address and price to be written after an ad for this book.
Thanks...the Sullivan piece at present is rated at $300-400 but with the associated items, it could climb another 10-20% to a collector. The Beamish edition currently retails from $30 to $50, like this one:

I don't honestly think you will find a great premium based on it being a salesman or subscription copy, sorry.
Potential sales venues would be local listings on Craigslist.org, eBay.com, Rubylane.com or etsy.com , consignment to a local collector shop or inclusion in a local estate sale as an add-on. You could also try listings on an international collector book site such as Vialibri.net for maximum exposure.-
