Good Evening,It's not really going to change the value much, it's not considered an antique as an antique is 100 years old or older. The demand right now is on the low side for furniture especially modern country pieces. I would still value it between 70-100 dollars as a fair market value if you have the time to sell it. I have sold many of these types of rockers in estate sales and they generally bring between 55-65 dollars depending on the condition. Obviously that is at more of a liquidation price because I have to sell it quickly, but these style of rockers are just not bringing much value in the current market.Thanks for getting back to me,I wish you the best of luck with the rocker,Frank
