Any information on French porcelain figure of a lady. Number on base is 2331, there is what could be the letter J on the inside of the base. The figure is believed to be 19th century, and hand painted. The figure is hollow, just under 15cm tall, and the back of the figure is unpainted. I wonder if it could be a sample piece, perhaps made by an apprentice?

I can't send you a photograph and this all sounds very complicated. The figure is not of any value, and am sure not from any well known or famous pottery. I think I have made a mistake in contacting you. ,
