The value of antique books is especially tied to their condition. The book you mention in very good condition (all straight, clean, intact, not scuffed/ significantly rubbed, not torn/ written upon/ faded, etc.) would have an estimated retail value in the range of $350-$400. With a little more wear, $200-$250. In truly excellent condition (appearing rarely or not used) $500-$600.
