Good Evening,
Your Elementary Spelling Book by Noah Webster would carry a fair market value of between 40-60 dollars. I have seen these books sell for between 35-45 in good condition with minor staining and some small tears in the pages. What you have is a later edition, early 20th century, but for many of these books, used by children as text books, they did not survive the school years in great shape. Tears, stains, drawing and binding problems have been seen in many of the existing examples drive down the prices of these books. Check the pages and the binding for any problems this is what collectors are looking for when they pay high dollar amounts for antiquarian books. With the right buyer in excellent condition as you have said you may be able to see as much as 75-80 dollars for the spelling book.
Thank you for your Question on Just Answer,
Best of Luck with your book,
Frank
