I have attached two pictures by Donald Art Co Inc, NY no2011 and no2012. I found on the net that Donald Art co ended some time ago, but I could not find anything about these two prints. Any ideas their year and worth? Chris

These Donald Art Company Inc. prints from New York are not rare and do come up on the online market regularly. The company did a wide range of mass produced prints but their value has remained low due to their vintage status and their accessibility. These particular ones depicting women and children are very cute and would be dated to the late 1950's, early 1960's (although I have seen them dated a bit earlier on some venues) This would seem to be the date from your frame and the illustration which is characteristic of a period.

The value of these two pictures..if they are in the same vein (I see only one) would be c.15.00 each. The period frame does enhance these so with the frame they may fetch 25-30.00 at a local sale but online sales are rough right now on prints old or new...too much competition.

I think their appeal will be what draws a customer if you sold them so seeing the work on site is going to be key.

Best wishes, Dori
