Well it,s my Sumsung J-7 cell phnone won,t take system updates Ernest
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: SM-G6100
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: no just the phone which I purchased about a month ago I,am on AT&T system
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just tried to down load it yesterday first time
JA: Is there anything else the expert should be aware of?
Customer: I don,t think so I changed from a I-phone and it,s lots different
