I bought a ZTE phone in July or August of 2017. As of

I bought a ZTE phone in July or August of 2017. As of yesterday, the messages (incoming and outgoing) are getting hung up, giving me a status of "sending..." but not releasing later. Also, I can't make phone calls out, or receive them. Sometimes the display says 'turn off airplane mode' but when I check it is not on, and I never put it in that mode. JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Pearl, Not sure, bought it August 2016 for $60 - 80, it is not the highest of the line. I went with it because it is smaller and fits my medium hand better. Chris
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: 24 hours. Tried turning it off and on.
JA: Anything else you want the Android expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I let the Spyware/Kapersky expire a few months ago... and I don't delete anything on my phone so there might be a storage issue? Chris

you responded with wanting to know what caused this, and as I told you a lot of things can, so can you not just focus on answering my questions so we can get to the root cause? Rather then just telling me how worthless this has been?
