Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Does your PC computer have windows xp, vista, or 7 or 8 or 10?

After connecting the kindle to the computer, does it show anything differently on the kindle's screen?

Does the computer detect the kindle?

Do you see the kindle device in (My) Computer, or This PC on the computer's screen? If yes, can you open the kindle device and then there, open the DCIM folder and/or Pictures folder, etc., and/or any subfolder, and check to see if your documents and pictures are there?
