Customer Question

My kindle fire sees the network, connection excellent, doesn't connect. It used to just two days ago.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It's a fire, 5th gen, serial number: G000 H404 5444 10DH
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Two days. I've brought it close to our Telstra dongle, did a reset, turned both off and on
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Reception via the Telstra dingle is only one bar, but that wasn't a problem previously.
