I'd be more than happy to assist you. It sounds like you may have locked yourself out temporarily. Is the issue you can't get into the phone?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.

Would like to talk on here.
Expert:  derrickonline replied 5 months ago.

Can you try restarting the device. Hold the power button until the unit turns off. Then wait 10 seconds, power phone back on. If that resolves your issue please rate my answer, if you still need assistance please reply back instead.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Did that but emergency is still on.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
It was working fine...but I entered I think the wrong pin to figure out voice mail and email...that is when I got the emergency face

Are you there?
Expert:  Joel Kalman replied 5 months ago.

Hello, I am pleased to have the opportunity to assist you. My name is ***** ***** I can help you solve your problem. You have apparently entered several incorrect PIN codes to the screenlock function on your phone, so that you are permanently locked out, except for emergency calls. No worries though. You can correct this problem by performing a hard factory reset on your smartphone.
