Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Are those calls in the call log, Received calls, or outgoing calls? (Can you tell?)

I take it they are in your Android phone's dialer app, but correct me if I'm wrong, please. ?)

Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
They say outgoing
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
You are correct
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

OK, good.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Why is that good
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Also on dashboard it says one forwarding phone ?
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
But all hx is deleted
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

What Android version is on your phone, please?

(Is your phone new, or fairly old, or was it bought Used?)

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
This is current stuff I wasn't using it it's an LG something
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Another family member was using it
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
this starting appearing during that time frame within the last week under their email info
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Using my phone
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
From what I can figure out it must be google talk or chat but I don't know how to be sure
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I just gave the, access to it the past two weeks and that's when this starting showing up
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

Please tell me the Android version.

"Just gave the, access to it" - ?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
LG K7
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

OK. Give me some minutes to look up a bit of info on this case, please.

Can you copy and paste in, one of the entries in the call log, that you are asking about, please?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Sure
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It won't let me let me try again
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Also texted it to you
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

Excellent! very informative.

As for what that means... it could be two things, I think.

One: it's just an odd-looking entry, mostly.

or

Two: it's a symptom of a take-over or infection of your phone. I hope not.

What would be useful would be, for you to find a recent, or the most recent, entry that looks vaguely like that, and match the time and date on it (in the example you posted, that's Nov. 7 12:36) to what you recall doing at that time... preferably a time earlier today!

That would be the best way of identifying whether it is a text record, an email record, or a phone/voice call record. Or something spurious and viral/infection/etc.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
If I didn't have the phone then
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
The person using my phone and the email did
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
as I said all hx is deleted
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Also phone log shows calls to numbers that can't be found on reverse phone lookup like this one(###) ###-####
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

"All HX" - please clarify ?

What is the most recent of the puzzling entries in the log? or, When is it?

(The 520- number might perhaps be unlisted. Though that may sound old fashioned, some phone #s can still be unlisted for an extra fee.)

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Another code call(###) ###-####call(###) ###-####
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
History
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

OK. That's good information.

WHEN, please, is the most recent of these puzzling logged entries?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
The number that is in the last photo shows up a lot(###) ###-####with a 67 on front of it but if I dial it it just hangs up immediately
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
17th
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
On line that says it says the number I'm dialing from is blocked
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
You can't dial it from a landline
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

The number with a 67 in front isn't a phone number.

That's why you cannot dial it.

OK. What time on the 17th was it? the latest log entry.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Let me look
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

OK.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It switched to today now I can't see the time just that it was the 17th but if I'm remembering correct,u it was around 2 pm
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
that was the last entry for that nothing yesterday
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
67 is used to call incognito
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

It switched to today?

Does the entry for the 17th still show up?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Not on the acccount no
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

I am not getting anywhere on this question, I fear, though I have a vague notion of what is going on. So I am giving up the case in favor of another Expert with a better approach that might fit the problem better... I have Opted Out, and thanks for your time so far.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
do I go to another expert what do I do now
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Thank you for trying to help me
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Is anyone helping me
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 3 months ago.

Hello,
I am the person that will be helping you today.

Have you had this problem from day one of using the phone or is it a new problem?

I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.

Thank you,
Jason

Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Are you serious you referred me
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 3 months ago.

I asked you a question; however your response was not an answer to my question. A few seconds later, you said, "Are you serious you referred me".

May I ask what you mean by that?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
elee
Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Expert:  Jason Jones replied 3 months ago.

Did the problem begin the moment you turned it on for the first time or did this problem start later?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Not really we switched carriers and piortrd the same number
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
When I call the number it rings busy
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It's a level 3 comm number t mobile said I don't know what that means
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 3 months ago.

Please, answer my last question again. I don't understand your answer. "When" did the problem begin?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I don't know exactly. I don't know if you would call it a problem I need to know what it all means
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I'll try to check
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It goes back to end of September that's as far as I can see
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Does that help?
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
See, it's not the phone itself I'm concerned about it's the content of the phone that is the issue
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I called the number from my cell phone and it showed up on google talk under this phone
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
But it rang busy
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 3 months ago.

This issue may be due to an app on the phone that is sending out data. If you wish, you may want to factory reset the phone. Doing so will erase everything on the phone including the apps and the content on the phone.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
That's not what I want to do I want to find out if there is a forwarding phone number
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Why would a call log show a message from that***@******.***
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 3 months ago.

Okay. What do you want to happen? You wish to investigate this issue or do you want to fix the problem?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Or other numbers with @unknown.email
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Investigate it first
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It's very important to me
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Otherwise I would t have come to you
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 3 months ago.

Okay. I will opt out and allow someone else to continue with you.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Oh no who now???
Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
