MY KOBO FELL AND WHEN I TURNED IT BACK ON, EVERYTHING WENT BLANK....TRIED TO REPROGRAM AND WHEN ON SCREEN FOR GOOGLE, CAME UP THAT THERE WAS SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ON MY ACCT...CHANGE PASSWORD.....HAVE DONE THAT WITH A NEW PASSWORD ***** NOW CANNOT GET IN

This can be an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Kobo and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kobo and use it.

When I removed the KOBO from the PC , and tried to turn off; screen has "Plse charge your eReader. Believe the problem is when screen had " ...suspicious activity (GOOGLE Site) change password."....did so and now and input new Google password ***** now reports Email address or Password ***** tried with the old passwords and can not gain access......

Why do you say Google account? As Shaw is not with Google
