mysamsung galaxy tab S2 S2 e reader is reading the book out load to me.. I reset it back to factory settings because I could no longer control the margins line space or get it to publishers preferance

Customer: how do i find the make and model? 2 years old?

That sounds like the TalkBack feature.To turn off TalkBack, from the Home screen, touch Apps > Settings > Device > Accessibility

1. Touch TalkBack, and then touch the slider to turn TalkBack off .
