Your phone is, most likely, a case of goods being defective from the store.
A phone that 'stops dead' at the logo of its manufacturer is not booting up, not starting up, not initializing.
I advise you to return it to the store you bought it from, promptly. Tell them (and if needed, show them) how it doesn't start up, and how it has been that way since you bought it, and ask for either a refund, or to exchange it for another, fully working, phone of that type (or of equivalent value and capabilities.)
(Don't forget to take the SIM card out of it too, before you give it back to them, if that SIM card is yours or bought independently of the phone.)
