I have a moto E phone that I got from Boost. I have a Track phone account that I would like to use this phone with. Can this phone be used this Track phone and if so what do I need to do?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: Less than a year.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I call Track phone to have it replace my flip phone. and they told me I would need a starter kit.but they did not know where to get one.

  • Yes that will work.

Step by step:

  • Head to the TracFone BYOP page here.
  • Select your current compatible carrier. Then enter your zip code and IMEI number.
  • Select either 'Need to buy activation kit' or 'Already have activation kit'
  • 'Already Have Activation Kit' requires you to scroll to bottom of page and click 'Activate Now' . You can then choose whether to transfer your current number or request a new one.
  • 'Need To Buy Kit' will ask you to select the correct size SIM card for your phone.
  • Select your choice of plan by adding it to your cart.
  • Review your shopping cart and select 'Proceed to Check Out'.
  • Complete your billing, shipping and personal information.
  • Once you receive your SIM Card, follow the steps included with your SIM to activate your service.
