JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: since I tried today. I can get a list of books but can't pay as the crad you have expired in aug

  1. Please click on the Amazon website below:
    https://www.amazon.com/wallet
  2. And sign in your Amazon account if prompted.
  3. Then there, click on your card.
  4. Then click on Edit.
  5. Then change your expiration date.
  6. Then click on Save (confirm) at bottom; that should work.
  7. If needed, at that website, you can also delete any card you don't need any more.
  8. If needed, at that website, make sure your address and card number are correct under the section "Default Address and 1-Click Settings"
