Customer Question

I bouht a used motorola razr2 v8 phone, and it came with a "locked contact" and I am not allowed to delete it. Will you please tell me how can I delete that contact?. Regards.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: I do not know the date, but it was announced in 2007. It is a flip phone and a beautifull one.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I try to delete the contact and get the answer that the contact cannot be deleted because it is locked.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: that is all. thanks

My previous answer appears to have disappeared, sorry about that!

Once the contract has expired, you can contact the cellular provider that it is locked to and they can unlock it for you.

Let me know what provider it is locked to if you need further assistance with this.

Your satisfaction is my priority;
Kindly take a moment to rate my service 5 stars at the top of your question page so I am rewarded for my time; tips appreciated :)
