Trying to purchase game from Amazon. Error says device not registered. When I go to settings it appeArs thAt I'm registered as only option to select is de-register. Very frustrated right now

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try this: Press and hold (or slide and hold) the power on / off button / switch on the kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on. Then wait a bit, and see if you can purchase a game on your kindle now.

- If that does not work, please go to registration / account option on the kindle, then de-register it for now. Then register / sign in your Amazon account on your kindle to re-register it back. Then see if you can purchase a game on the kindle now.
