okay, try these steps please>Go to Settings>Apps>All. Then select Google Play Store> Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Then Go to Settings>Apps>All. Then select Download Manager> Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop.Then go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account completely, then add it back. Then try the Play Store again.
