I've had a message sitting in my outbox since 8/27. I've contacted both Comcast and T-Mobile and both told me to contact ZTE. How can I get my message to send?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: It's an Obsidian.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It's been going on since 8/27/16. I've spoken with both T-Mobile and Comcast for help.
