I have a Samsung GalaxyJ1. I cannot open it without a password ***** when I try to get a new password ***** want to know my account security code. Since I cannot open my phone I cannot get the code.. What to do.

Hello,

My name is ***** ***** and I look forward to assisting you today.

Being that you cannot login the previous ways, you must reset the device. This will erase all that is on it. It will be in the same state as it was when you first purchased it.

Please, do the following:
- Turn the device all the way off
- Hold down the Power, Volume Up, and the Home key at the same time.(keep them both pressed down)
- When the phone vibrates, let go of ONLY the Power button.
- Keep the other two keys pressed down until the Android logo appears.
- When the Android logo appears, let go of the both buttons.
- Press the Volume Up & down buttons to select 'wipe data/factory reset'.
- Press the Power button to select it

- Press the Volume Up & down buttons to select 'Yes -- delete all user data'
- Press the Power button to select it

- Press the Volume Up & down buttons to select 'Reboot system now'
- Press the Power button to select it

Allow the phone a couple minutes to complete the action and you will be all set.
