Customer: new mobile i have just switch it on and asking for my samsung account

Customer: nothing since i have to lo in before i can arrive at the desktop. but when i enter my samsung account i am receiving - not supportive in your country

i am trying to log on to samsung account website. this is a new phone and i cannot use it until i log in to a samsung account. the message is = country not supported , this service is not available in your countrywhen i use the same username and password ***** the pc through the samsung account i log in perfectly but through the mobile i get this error message
