Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Can you please press and hold the Power on / off button on your Samsung tablet for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check?

- If needed, press at the same time the two buttons Volume Down and Power for about 15 seconds, and check.

- If needed, please try:

  1. Press and hold the Power button for about 20 seconds to turn it off.
  2. Press at the same time the two buttons Volume Up and Power until you get the recovery menu, then release.
; (If you do not get the recovery menu, power off the tablet again, then try pressing at the same time the two buttons Volume Down and Power.)
  3. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to highlight option wipe data/factory reset, then press Power button.
  4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to highlight option Yes..., then press Power button.
  5. Wait a bit for it to finish resetting.
  6. When the recovery menu appears again, then press Power button to reboot.

- What's on the Samsung tablet's screen now?

Please reply at the box below to continue. Thank you,
