Eric, Still waiting for my answer in estimated 8 min, or most answers within 10min??? Waiting for any reaction for over 90 min now. Don't have much more time. So will close this onesided contact in another 30 min 0% garanteed and thus expect money back then!

After waiting 2 hours I let your colleague Eric know, that the answer was taking way over the "estimated 8 mins" or "mostly within 10 mins" . I had no time to wait any longer than another 30 mins. If there was no reaction then, I would be 0% satisfied and expecterd my € 26 restituted. Later I saw there had even been no reaction within < 4 hrs after first question, so I expect my money back. I had to get my answer with a much quicker Dutch service center. Problem has been solved now. So I will not need your help any more. Sorry, but your initial pages gave me high expectations, but having to wait for at least 4hrs for any reaction at all was a deception for me! wish you more luck with other clients! John
