Hi there,

First, try force-closing all open apps and rebooting the phone.

Let me know if that helps?

I would like you to be more specific with step by step directions. I force stopped all running apps and rebooted. Did not work.......camera error still showing up and flashlight not working also.

If that didn't work then the only other option is a factory reset of the phone.

First you will need to ensure all your contacts, photos, etc are backed up.

Then carry out the reset:

  1. On your mobile device, open the Settings menu .
  2. Under "Personal", touch Backup & reset. You may need to enter your pattern, PIN or password.
  3. Under "Personal data", touch Factory data reset.
  4. Read the information on the screen and touch Reset phone.
  5. If you have a screen lock, you'll need to enter your pattern, PIN or password.
  6. When prompted, touch Delete everything to delete all data from your device's internal storage.
  7. When your device has finished erasing, select the option to reboot your device.
