I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

I only have here Cisco Steve, which is the brand.. I do not know how many characters are in your model as each model has a different amount. But If your saying your windows computer is connected to the wifi network, then
We can get the password ***** this.
Press the windows key + R and type in
Right click on the wireless connection and click on Status
Then click on wireless properties
Click on the Security Tab and then click on Show Characters and you can then see the wireless password ***** to use

If that is the password ***** got from doing my instructions then use this on the Kindle please when connecting to wifi.

Then on your Kindle> press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and then release. Then when the kindle powers back on>
