I am unable to connect to wi-fi. I have tried all the troubleshooting things like restarting the Kindle, re booting my internet device without success. When I am in settings, next to "Available Wi-Fi networks (0) and "network: not connected. I am very frustrated. Do I need to get another Kindle? Please help me.
