Do you mean signing in with a different Amazon account (different email address) on the Kindle app?

1. Tap on the 3-bar icon at the top in the Kindle app.
2. Scroll down, then tap on option Settings.
3. Then under REGISTRATION section, you can select option Deregister This Device, and/or register and continue.
- If that does not work, please uninstall the Kindle app, then reinstall it. If there is still any issue, please let me know the model of your device.
