I'm sorry about the issue. Please press and hold the Power on / off button on your Kindle for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check.
- If that does not work, disconnect the power cord(s) from your internet modem / router device(s) for a couple of minutes, then re-connect, then wait a bit, and check.
- If needed, go to the Wi-Fi / wireless option on your kindle, then tap on your wireless network name, then tap on the Forget option if shown. Then tap on your wireless network name again and connect, then check.
- If that still does not work, go to menu / settings -> Device... -> Reset to Factory Defaults and confirm, and your apps / games / books, etc. can be downloaded again, and check.
