I have Galaxy S5 and can not get an internet connection. The phone is with Virgin Mobile and uses the Optus network. My normal ISP for incoming mail is iinet.net.au (ozemail) and outgoing either iinet or virginbroadband.com.au depending on my location . I follow instructions but can not connect to the web. Can you help please?
