I have a flight to catch in about an hour. I was hoping to have this resolved by then.

If you are getting a message that you don't have enough storage, then it is likely that the movie is larger than your total amount of free space.Let me know where you are downloading from and I can check the size?
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I am trying to download from amazon videos. The movie is Bridge of Spies. Everything I have read says that downloading in SD should only use 1-2 GB.

If the file size is 2GB and you have plenty of space available, then the Kindle may just need restarted - Try the following:1. Make sure nothing is plugged into your Kindle.2. Press and hold the power button down for a full 40 seconds.3. After the 40 seconds is up, release the power button.4. Power your Kindle on like normal.5. Then try the download again. Let me know if that works?

I tried that earlier today. It did not work.
