I have had my Kindle tablet for about 8 month. It worked excellent until about 2 days ago. Now I cannot get on line using wi-fi. The screen says wi-fi is turned on but not connected to a network. How do I correct this?

Hi, thanks for using JustAnswer.com I am Cris. Please reboot your Kindle by holding the power button for 20 seconds. The device will shut off then turn it back on and allow about 1 minute for the connections to restore. Let me know if this resolves your issue.
