This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.
Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and use it.
Let me know the results please
ok, what exactly do you mean with locked?
You cant enter the correct passcode?
ok... sorry its just not very clear what the issue is as you indicate it is locked, yet there are a number of locks for the kindle and your also indicating "
"No It is still locked. I can open it with two fingers only."
So it is locked but you can unlock it?
