Sorry to hear about your problem. Many people have experienced the same error. Try the following steps to clear the error:
1. Swipe down from top of screen and tap Settings.2. Tap Applications then Manage all Applications.3. Select All Applications in the drop-down filter4. Select Instant Video5. Tap Force Stop and then Clear Data.
6. Now restart by holding Home button and On/Off button at the same time to force stop. Restart

Ok. Here is something else that you can try:
Hold the Select button (button in the middle of the circle at the top) and the Play button down at the same time for about 5 seconds. This will make it restart itself and then reboot. Now check if the error is gone. Let me know if that works. If not, I have one more way that the error can be rectified.
