I'm sorry about the issue. Please try: Press and hold on an app icon you want to delete, then when the "X" icon (or Trash icon) appears at the top of the screen, drag the app icon to that "X" (or Trash) icon, then release.
- If needed, open Settings app icon, then go to the section Device if needed, then open Apps (or Application manager.) Then if needed, swipe from right to left until you get the option All. Then there, scroll down, and look for each app you want to delete, then tap on it, then you can uninstall it.
; Note: some built-in apps do not let you delete; some will let you disable it.
