Press and hold the power button switch for 20 seconds and shut off.

Expert:  Cris replied 12 months ago.

It appears you may have to much data on the tablet. Have you tried removing some unneeded apps?

hello
Expert:  Cris replied 12 months ago.

A factory reset of will restore the device to the state you just took it out of the box.

This would wipe the device and you will need to setup the device again. It could be a possible virus causing the slowness.

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
how do i delete the virus???
Expert:  Cris replied 12 months ago.

If there is a virus the only way would be is to do a factory reset.

Go to Settings on the device and go down to Backup and Reset.

Tap on Factory Reset. That will reset and restart the tablet then you will need to re-setup the device.
