I'm sorry about the issue. Can you please check at the back of your new phone for the model of it? And/or if possible, remove the back cover of the phone to check your model.
Is it okay to reset the phone fresh, so you can re-set it up fresh, like brand-new, with a new password ***** pattern you want?
