Hi, thanks for using I am Cris. Sorry to hear about your issue, let's first try to do a power reset of your device.

Press and hold the power switch for 20 seconds that will turn off the device and then turn it back on. Allow about up to 1 minute to restore connections, let me know if this resolves the issue. If not let me know to try other solutions.
