Don't know.... When I hit wifi network number on my screen, the screen says the password ***** entered Is incorrect

You're welcome. I will continue to help you. Can you please check at the back / bottom of your internet modem / router device for the model of it? Do you also see any password ***** key / WPA / WEP, etc. at the back/bottom of the modem/ router device? It is case-sensitive.

- Note: the modem / router device as usually given to you from your internet service provider previously.
