When I setup my new tablet (RCT6213W87 DK), it reads "Authenticating problem." I,ve never had a tablet B4, so don,t know what to do! I can,t get on line w/it.

The issue is with the wifi network.

Do you have a windows computer that is already connected to your wifi network? Please let me know

We can get the password ***** this to use on the tablet

Press the windows key + R and type in

ncpa.cpl

Press enter

Right click on the wireless connection and click on Status

Then click on wireless properties

Click on the Security Tab and then click on Show Characters and you can then see the wireless password ***** to use

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services.
