I'm sorry about the issue. Can you please press and hold (or slide and hold) the Power on / off button / switch on the kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on and check.
- If needed, go to menu, then go to Wi-Fi / wireless option and make sure it is connected to your Wi-Fi / wireless network name.
- If needed, disconnect the power cord(s) from your internet modem / router device(s) for a few minutes, then re-connect. Then wait a bit, then go to the Wi-Fi / wireless option on the Kindle and make sure it is connected to your Wi-Fi / wireless network name.
- If needed, go to menu, then device / settings, etc., and reset to factory defaults, and check.
- If it still does not work, please let me know the model of your kindle, such as regular kindle, kindle paperwhite, kindle fire, etc.
