Customer: I am newly resubscribed within the last hour. My icon comes up on the screen and says i'm unconnected. My mobile unit in the cell is fine.

Customer: not sure what you need. there is no connection of the icon with the actual information I need for jobs. I have the 8.0 and on my general reference screenbtwn ctlr and alt I do have the jobulator icon there. I tried it but itdoesn't connect
